County of Morris NJ
Mental Health and Addictions Services Survey
Every four years, each county in NJ prepares a County Comprehensive Plan (CCP) for
Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Support Services
The purpose of the CCP is to
identify needs and gaps within the service system
in order to allocate resources and develop service priorities and programs to address those needs.
This questionnaire is designed to get input from consumers and family members who have used the County’s system of care in order to help identify where needs, gaps and strengths exist. The results of the survey will be compiled and summarized by county staff in the development of the CCP.
